Hemper is the premium subscription service for monthly smoking essentials, limited edition accessories and celebrity curated boxes. Each box is catered to your smoking lifestyle and sent directly to your door every month discreetly. Each Hemper Box contains the finest quality smoking items as well as the latest gadgets, along with the essentials you know and love. Whether you prefer rolling or glass, we have an option for you!

Part of our process is that every month our subscribers are surprised with a new glass piece, core smoking essentials, a few surprise items, and accessories they didn't even know they needed. Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, all month-to-month orders will renew automatically 1 Month from your Initial Order Date. If you have a different plan, then you’ll be charged on those months.

Depending on your plan frequency, you will be charged on a recurring schedule. Your plan frequency can be changed in your subscription settings. This allows you to pick how often you receive the box if you find you don’t need the box every month. You can choose to receive your box monthly, every other month, every third month, etc.

You can easily cancel your order from your personal account - please visit the link you are sent when you are billed to change or edit your subscription if you cannot find it on your personal account.

Please note that you may cancel at anytime BUT if you've already been billed for the current month, you'll still receive this month's box and your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle.

Monthly subscription Cut-offs are the last day of each month. Orders placed after the 30/31st of each month are for the following billing period.

How do I change my subscription box?

You can change your subscription for the next month at anytime on your personal account. After logging into your account, you will be able to make any changes. Email us for instructions.

Who can buy?

Anyone who is 18+/21+ can purchase our product, depending on your area. All of our products are intended for tobacco use only.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states, Canada & Worldwide.

Shipping rates are as follows:

    • Bare Essentials - $2 shipping to US, $3.25 shipping to non-US
    • Hemper Pack - 7$ to Canada, $11 to Non-US/Canada
    • Glassentials Box - $20 to non-us/canada
    • FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
What happens if I receive broken glass?

Because glass is fragile and a lot can happen on its way to you, we offer Route Insurance at minimal cost – just in case. Route Shipping Insurance is required for all replacement claims. The insurance must be added to your cart prior to order completion. Once your order is insured, your order will be protected against loss, theft, and damage. Filing a claim with Route is easy! Follow the link provided in the confirmation email sent by support@routeapp.io.

Route Shipping Insurance can be purchased and added to your order during checkout and must be added before completing your order. If you have a pre-existing subscription, then reach out to contact@hemper.co to have Route Shipping Insurance added to your subscription.

Where is my Hemper Box?

Monthly subscription box orders normally begin to ship around the 15th or earlier. Once we start shipping boxes, we’ll continue shipping until the 13th of the following month.

Please note that we ship monthly boxes in accordance to order date and normally boxes get delivered within 10-15 business days from the order date.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 10 business days, please email us at contact@hemper.co Also, please note that USPS, UPS, and Globegistics are mail services that take effect after your box has left our facility, NOT from your original order date!

All of our boxes are shipped discreetly in a white-unmarked solid bag - this helps maintain privacy to the up-most extent. We ship under our fulfillment company, BRH Fulfillment, to maintain our discreet shipping. Nowhere on the physical packaging itself (including the return address) is there anything HEMPER related!
